But, I think, not every business personality is so great to show it up. I think, it happens not because there are bad ones, but mostly because business personality is compound. Having business personality you are talking about is great. And I agree, next to writing down the characteristics to reflect, one should implement them in herself. Yes, everyone has a personality.
