The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and marketing support. This position requires superior communication skills and the ability to thrive/contribute in a team environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to multi-task, often focusing on several major projects at once. Applicant must be a self starter with a strong work ethic and good organizational skills. Requires an Associates or Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years equivalent marketing experience.
Experience Desired:
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Experience with websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Ecademy is a plus.
• General understanding of internet, Google principles, blogs.

• The primary role for this position is to assist the CEO.
• Assist in the daily administrative marketing duties.
• Assist in creating/organizing presentations and reports
• Assist in distribution of marketing materials
• Responsibilities include helping to create, edit and proof presentations, brochures, direct mail and event collateral, etc. for a variety of audiences (digital and print).
• Including office management tasks, as answering the phone, planning / scheduling the agenda and data-entry.
